Because our products are made on demand through external production and fulfilment partners, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@verdebymazrekaj.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue together with our production/fulfilment partner. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • wrong size selected by the customer
  • incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • minor colour or placement differences caused by screen settings, mockups, print, or embroidery production

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the case with the shipping carrier or fulfilment partner. Resolution may depend on tracking information and carrier confirmation.

Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original payment method.
